We start with a pre-exam workup where one of Dr. Kramers technicians will complete a few painless tests and gather some medical information from you. Then you will see Dr. Kramer for a thorough eye examination (don't expect to be in and out in 15 minutes), he will look at the health of your eyes as well as performing some tests. A comprehensive exam includes visual acuity, retinoscopy, and refraction and is a key component of good health care.

Which is the best frame for me?

Which lenses are the right choice for me?

Does what I do affect which lenses I need?

What is this HD/Hi-Def vision thing?

Do I need different glasses for different things?

These contacts aren't as comfortable as they were - would a different kind be better for me?

It's odd but people often know more about their running shoes than they know about the lenses or the contacts they wear. We believe our job is to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about your vision.

Our objective is to give you a thorough and complete eye examination, to diagnose and treat any conditions discovered, check your acuity and, if needed, prescribe and provide you with new contacts or glasses. We want you to be able to see as well as possible and will explain the right personalized vision solution you need for your lifestyle and way you use your eyes.

There isn't a "package" that works for everyone, your prescription and vision needs are unique to you.
